OFFICE POLICY
​Payment
Payment is due at time of service. While the office does not accept insurance, we provide a superbill upon request for you to seek insurance reimbursement.
We take major credit cards and FSA/HSA cards.
Fees

Counseling 50 Min Session $175-$250
Third Party - Intended Parent Consults $200-$250
Gamete Donor Psychological Evaluations $550
Gestational Carrier Psychological Evaluations $700​​​​

Cancellation Policy
A late cancelled or no-show appointment affects 3 people: You, Your Therapist and Another Client,
who could have potentially used your spot. Please cancel or reschedule no less than 24 business hours before your scheduled session to avoid fees.
All late cancelled or no-show appointments will be charged the full fee for service.
If you have a work or childcare conflict, we are happy to accommodate with a phone or telehealth appointment.
